My boys transitioned to Smart Cookies 1717 over a year ago. They had been with their former daycare for years, so changing to a new location is never easy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my boys and I were comfortable. We got to know all of the staff, and they were equally kind and caring to the boys as if they were their permanent teachers (Who are AWESOME!). The director, Ms. Amanda, is amazing. Any and all concerns are addressed, and she goes above and beyond in communication, especially when there is the occasional boo-boo report (I have WILD boys; what can you expect!) Our experience in this location has been wonderful, and we really have enjoyed the boys being there.
We have loved our first year at Smart Cookies!! From the infant room starting at 13 mo to the toddlers with our now 14 mo, we have had nothing short of a fabulous experience. The team has loved our kiddo like one of their own, and it’s been a joy to watch the growth and development of our child in the time we’ve been here. We always get a happy, clean, full-bellied kiddo back at the end of each busy day of books, songs, outside play, flash cards, exploring, and more! The theme days are particularly fun, like crazy socks or PJ Day! Smart Cookies hosts a nurturing and vibrant atmosphere centered around care and guidance for our littlest friends. 10/10 would pick every time.
All the teachers are always so nice and attentive to my baby, always encouraging her to eat and drink her meal. Very communicative about everything that is happening daily!
